About your hosts

For many years we have been delivering training workshops to businesses across all corners of the world. 

During these sessions we have been helping leadership teams communicate more effectively with one another.  Helping them understand individually their communication styles and how they are perceived by others. 

From this understanding we help them understand who they connect with naturally and how they may need to flex and adapt to connect with others.

During and after many of these workshops we get asked the questions: my partner is probably a different personality type to me, is that a good thing? Do you think I should look for someone who has the same personality type as me? I’m struggling to meet someone, do I need to change?

We also have experience of using dating apps and have struggled to find our own meaningful connections.
