These terms and conditions apply to your use of the website Dating in Colour (www.datingincolour.com - hereafter the "Website" and our events.

Definitions

1. Terms: means these terms and conditions that apply to our Website, App, and our events.

2. Event: relates to our Colour events designed for single professionals to meet other like-minded people to learn more about their personality and those of others in order to build long-lasting loving relationships.

3. Host: means the person that will be facilitating the event.

Modifications

1. We may change or amend these Terms: (i) if we alter the existing services we provide; (When we change the Terms in a significant way, we will post a notification on our Website along with the updated Terms. By using our Website you accept the changed Terms.

Eligibility to attend our events

1. Dating in Colour has the purpose to connect inspiring ambitious single people to understand who they are and who they are attracted to in order to be able to build strong and long term relationships.

2. If you have an unspent conviction, or are subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment you may not attend our events. If you are prevented from attending one of our events you may not book onto another one. Any such booking will not be entitled to a refund.

3. When removed from our Website or App, you will not be refunded. Your subscription will be stopped.

4. Those whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate during an event will be asked to leave immediately. The host will determine whether behaviour is inappropriate. The attendee will not be entitled to a refund.

5. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without notice or liability.

6. We cannot vouch for the marital status, personality or sanity of any participant. It is up to you to clarify these matters to your own satisfaction.

7. We do not independently screen participants attending these events, we will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of meeting or communicating with anyone met at an event.

Event Registration and Pricing

1. If you wish to attend an event, you first need to make an online booking. In order to make a booking, we need your email address and payment details. We will also need your address details and date of birth.

2. If there are no further places on an event and payment has been taken then we will make the refund within 7-10 working days.

3. Applications for an event can be refused. We do not need to explain why an application to attend an event has been rejected.

4. We have the right to refuse members to events for any reason (for example in case of dress-codes etc).

5. We do not refund for change of mind, no-shows or late arrivals.

6. We have the right to cancel events at any time. Full refunds will be made where we have taken the decision to cancel the event. We may, for example, cancel an event where we do not have the minimum number of attendees [this is currently 10 people but can be modified without notice].

7. Photographs taken at events organised by us may be used for promotional purposes.

8. Dating in Colour will not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any kind of injury, loss or damage suffered by any person while present at an event, whatsoever or howsoever that injury, loss or damage is caused.

9. We do not conduct criminal background checks to those booking an event.

10. The company reserves the right to change the price of any event. The price paid at the time of booking may subsequently change in the run up to an event, and no monies can be refunded for any difference. The company reserves the right to offer discounted prices to selected individuals.

Reporting Issues

1. Please report any behaviour you encounter which may be harmful, threatening, harassing or unlawful behaviour to your host. If you would like to do so after an event please e-mail info@datingincolour.com.

2. We are not obliged to become involved in any disputes between those attending an event.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Dating in Colour is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights (such as patents, patent applications, trademarks, trademark applications, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, licences, domain names, information, proprietary rights, processes copyrights and trademarks).

2. These intellectual property rights also prohibit hosts from facilitating sessions utilising our format or materials.

Photographs and Videos

1. We prohibit photographing and videoing of the event.

Third Parties

1. The Website and App may include links to third party websites and applications. You are responsible for evaluating whether you want to access or use them. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products, or other materials on other websites or applications. You assume all risk and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of them.

2. Your correspondence or business deals with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or sponsors found on or through the Website or App (including payment and delivery of related goods or services, any personal information or opt-in contact information voluntarily given to advertisers and sponsors, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings) are solely between you and such advertiser.

3. You agree that Dating in Colour will not in any way whatsoever be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage of any sort incurred, directly or indirectly, as the result of any such dealings.

All content included on this website including text, graphics, images, logos and software is the property of the company, unless otherwise indicated, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
